31-34’ space $2000/yr
PLEASE NOTE:
Charges listed above are based on (LOA) measured length overall. In simple words... you get bumped to the price bracket of your actual measured size, sometimes that is longer than your titled size.
Annual rates quoted above require payment at move in, or when lease is signed. Proof of ownership, registration & insurance is required before move-in.

Yard has one entrance gate, so large vehicles or trucks must be able to turn around in limited spaces. Lot is configured with a center aisle and parking spaces are arranged 90 degrees to a fence. Spaces are uncovered on gravel level parcel. Quiet and private location.
